The emphasis that Thompson Thrift's Training & Leadership Development team places on both professional and personal growth is outstanding. Since joining Thompson Thrift, I’ve been fortunate enough to gain knowledge through training, programs, and development discussions that I can utilize inside and outside of the workplace.

I appreciate the focus on Training & Leadership Development within Thompson Thrift. I’ve recently experienced High Impact hosted by the IU Kelley School of Business. It provided a unique opportunity to collaborate and propose a solution for a company stumbling block. The knowledge I gained through this program advanced my leadership skillset, and I was grateful to be a participant.

Being a cancer survivor, I can only imagine how these benefits could have made an impact on me and my family during that time. The extra $100 per month could have helped ease my mind from wondering how to pay for medicine as well as other things.
