Two new savings options have been added to TT Team Member Savings!

Effective January 1, 2026

Guaranteed Rate is a national mortgage lender offering home purchase and refinance loans. Through our preferred corporate partnership, team members and their families can access exclusive savings and offers, including:

  • Waived $1,640 lender fees on eligible loans.
  • Discounted rates, priority loan processing, and complimentary mortgage review.
  • Access to 100+ insurance carriers.
  • Support from dedicated loan officers and an A+ customer service team.

Uber One for Business offers savings and perks across Uber and Uber Eats. Team members may sign up for a 1-year free trial that includes:

  • $0 delivery fees and up to 10% off on eligible restaurant orders over $15.
  • Top-rated drivers and special offers.
  • 6% Uber One credit on eligible rides that can be spent on Uber and Uber Eats.
  • Priority customer service and support.

Additional Benefits

Enjoying family and friends is a big part of living life. We want to encourage play by introducing Forma’s Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA). Forma is a customizable benefits platform where team members can access a Lifestyle Spending Account to support wellness and family time. These benefits are designed to allow you and your loved ones time together.

  • Team members will receive a debit card to buy experiences within the marketplace and a claims reimbursement option.
  • Each team member will receive $100 monthly within their Lifestyle Spending Account to invest into their personal and family well-being.
  • Team members will be allowed to accumulate up to three months of funds in order to make larger purchases such as park passes.

As an organization, we enjoy adding some fun into our workdays as part of our culture and growing team member count. Some of our events have included a team member bake off with judging, Cinco de Mayo celebration, school spirit day, ugly holiday sweaters, and other events where our team members can socialize and have fun throughout the day.

As part of our mission, we focus on team member recognition through various celebrations and platforms. We have created programs that have evolved over the years to highlight our team members and the values of service, excellence, and leadership, including our “Living the Core” program and our quarterly “Cheers to Our Peers” recognition ceremony.

Select Thompson Thrift communities now offer fully furnished guest suites that team members may rent at a discounted rate of $125/night! These suites offer a convenient and comfortable option for personal or work-related travel and include full access to on-site amenities, such as resort-style pools, fitness centers, business lounges, and community social hubs.
