Team Member Testimonials

“It's been so helpful. I don't feel isolated, I feel like I have someone here who understands what I'm doing.” – Kim Donahue, CSA

“I think it’s been very helpful to have an assigned mentor to help with any questions or concerns for new hires as jumping on with a new company can be challenging, but having that assigned mentor makes adjusting to the company a lot easier.” – Angel Umanzor, Assistant Superintendent

"I was nervous to accept the invitation to mentor as I already had a lot on my plate, but now that we are in the swing of things it does not feel like an extra task, but more so simply helping a team member become more acquainted with the TT culture." – Bailey Chaney, Construction Accountant Lead
