2025 SCREENING INCENTIVE:
Thompson Thrift encourages team members to live a healthy lifestyle. In support of this, for 2025 the Company is offering you the opportunity to earn a ‘Screening Credit’ that reduces the amount you pay for medical coverage by 18%. If you are enrolled in the medical plan, a ‘Screening Credit’ will automatically be added to your paycheck as of the first of the year. To keep the credit, you must complete an annual physical and biometric screening through Marathon Health between December 1, 2024, and March 1, 2025. If you do not complete the screening requirement, the ‘Screening Credit’ will be removed as soon as administratively possible following the deadline. Don’t miss out on your opportunity to save, schedule your appointment with Marathon Health today.

2025 Highlights
PREMIUM RATES
We’re thrilled to announce that Thompson Thrift is absorbing all rate increases for 2025. This means team member rates – what you pay for coverage – will not change in 2025!
This decision comes despite rising healthcare costs. To alleviate the financial burden on our team members, Thompson Thrift has chosen not to pass on these increases. Nationally, medical costs are rising by an average of 5.8%, while prescription costs are even higher at 7.2%. As a result, many of your friends and family may face substantial increases next year. However, thanks to your commitment to a healthy lifestyle and the company’s dedication to supporting your health, we’re able to keep our rates stable for the upcoming year.
